By using InkStory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account security. Users under 13 may not register.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing, you grant InkStory a license to display, distribute and promote it. Copyright infringement, hate speech, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are not permitted: copyright-infringing material, sexual content involving minors, hate speech and discrimination, harassment, misleading or fraudulent content.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for premium subscriptions are processed via Paddle. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. For annual plans, users may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining duration. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

6. Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice. You may appeal via our contact address.

7. Disclaimer

InkStory is not responsible for user-generated content. The platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to your registered email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kayseri.
